Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TRAEXION platform. By submitting an application, registering as an employer, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
TRAEXION is a Nairobi-based supply chain talent placement service connecting candidates — including warehouse, dispatch, rider, driver, fleet, operations, graduate, and intern roles — with employers in the supply chain and logistics sector.
By applying through TRAEXION, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and truthful information about your identity, experience, education, and qualifications
- Provide document links via Google Drive that are accessible (“Anyone with the link can view”) for the purpose of verification
- Promptly inform us of any changes to your documents or circumstances relevant to your application
- Not submit false, altered, or misleading documents
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in rejection of your application or removal from our candidate database.
By registering as an employer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate hiring requirements and company information
- Use candidate information solely for legitimate hiring purposes related to the role(s) you have engaged TRAEXION for
- Not share candidate personal information or documents with third parties outside your organization without the candidate’s consent
- Provide honest and timely feedback on placed candidates
- Pay applicable fees (placement, internship facilitation, or subscription fees as agreed) per invoice terms
- All candidate verification is performed exclusively by authorized TRAEXION administrators. Employers do not verify candidates directly.
- Verification involves review of candidate-provided documents and information across categories including identity, contact, experience, academic, license, and professional credentials.
- Candidates may be assigned a verification level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) reflecting the extent of verification completed.
- If an application is rejected, we will provide a reason (e.g. unclear identification document, expired license, missing certificate, invalid document link, or missing required document).
- Verification by TRAEXION does not guarantee employment and does not constitute an endorsement of any employer or candidate. Verification reflects document review at a point in time only.
- For the current phase of our service, payment is invoice-based. Invoices are issued following a successful placement, and payment terms will be specified on each invoice.
- We do not currently process payments via mobile money or card payment gateways through the platform.
- TRAEXION acts as an intermediary connecting candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, candidate performance, or employer conduct.
- TRAEXION is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from the employment relationship between a candidate and an employer once a placement is made.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of documents hosted on third-party platforms (e.g. Google Drive) beyond the verification check performed at the time of review. Candidates are responsible for maintaining access to linked documents.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRAEXION’s total liability arising from use of the platform is limited to fees actually paid to TRAEXION in connection with the relevant placement.
Candidates are not required to create an account to apply. Employer and administrator accounts require authentication and are subject to role-based access controls.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
